Polvin Fencing's sister company, Proplas, has just been awarded the contract to supply the new running rail and posts for Global Barrier Systems who have won the tender from Racing Victoria to upgrade all the race tracks in Victoria to the Mawsafe Barrier rail.

 

There was stiff competition for the tender from many overseas and local suppliers, but the combination of the superior design of the system, as well as Proplas' proven manufacturing ability and the highest quality raw material used secured the tender.

 

Dan Mawby (Global Barrier Systems) the inventor of this unique system, chose Proplas due to their proven capability in producing high quality PVC fencing products, which are very similar and use the same raw material produced by sister company Polvin Compounds.

 

Polvin has spent the past 4 years pefecting their recipe to ensure that it is the best available, and can withstand Australia's harsh UV rays, which are up to 3 times higher than most overseas countries.
