So why is vinyl or PVC fencing such a good option for fencing horse paddocks? For a start Polvin Fencing Systems use a very high grade of vinyl, not to be confused with products which are made to far less stringent formulas and are certainly not designed to meet the demands of the harsh Australian outdoors environment.

Under normal crcumstances, if a correctly formulated PVC fence is subject to reasonable force it will flex and return to its original shape. However, if a horse hits the fence at speed, the rails are designed to pop out, therefore minimising the risk of injury to the animal.
